Loan Move for Versatile Forward
Oxford City have bolstered their forward line by acquiring 19-year-old Jamie Odegah on loan from Luton Town. Known for his versatility, Odegah can operate as a striker or in wider positions, making him an adaptable addition to the team.
Background and Experience
A product of Luton's youth system, Odegah has previously played for both the Under-18s and Under-21s teams. His experience at step 2 in the National League South includes playing for Chelmsford, where he demonstrated his goal-scoring ability by netting the winning goal on his full debut against Horsham.
Oxford City's manager is excited about Odegah’s arrival, stating: 'Jamie brings a lot of versatility to our forward line. His experience and goalscoring abilities will be valuable as we look to enhance our attacking options this season.'
The addition of Odegah complements the existing forward duo of Matty Taylor and Tyrone Marsh, providing Oxford City with a balanced and dynamic attacking force.
